my package arrived at the post office unsealed and appeared to have been opened it had red tape on it

Hi Tanner, Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that. Sounds like USPS randomly chose your package for inspection and after identifying that the product was an acceptable-legal shipment, they re-taped and delivered it.

Hemp doesn't even looked trim. Hardly any smell or noticeable terpenes. Used a boveda to re-humidify hemp to check for noticeable smell, still none. Minimal effects from various strains (purchased sampler pack)

I ordered the 20 grams for $30.00 I figured it wouldn't be the best but it was ugly the worst trim job ever. It does taste ok smells ok I don't think it's a strong as advertised.

The service was efficient but the jazzy cbd hemp flower I got was sub par compared to other flowers I've had. Will not be ordering from here again.

Product came on time and as described. It was shipped in a cardboard envelope with the proper documents. One jar was loaded with seeds, the rest of the buds were poorly trimmed, smashed and tasted terrible when smoked/vaped. I decided to cook it all into butter. Can't really complain though, you get what you pay for.
