Excellent!! Fresh!! Better than expected!!

My last order shipped but was was missinh an item. I contacted them and they apologized and sent the missing item right away. I think the customer service is great.

I have had nothing but positive and great service and items with ALL of my orders thus far. I would highly recommend cbdhemp.direct to anyone looking for quality CBD items at decent pricing too. The sheer quantity & selection of strains alone is another great thing that the competitors can’t really seem to match either. I am definitely a repeat / return customer and happy to have found their site too! Fast shipping and 100% of all orders shipped together without any issues.

Could be better at replying to customer requests when placing orders instead of ignoring the request. A+

The service was great! My package got lost or detained after it was shipped. CBD Hemp Direct promptly reshipped my order and it arrived three days later. Customer service was awesome!
