CBD HEMP DIRECTReviews of cbdhemp.direct

Order of Trap Star recieved. The picture on the web site was green buds. I open mine they was "Down Town Brown". Looked like they had been decarboxalted almost? Costumer service basically says it happens sometimes and that's what I get for looking for a good deal. It wasn't marketed as the best of the best for the price. NO BUT. The advertising picture of the Trap Star are GREEN BUDS and I recieved BROWN Buds. Unfair delivery and Unfair I have to jump thru a few hoops to mail it back. First order and still am heated about it 2 days later..

First time to try CBD flower and first time purchasing from this company. Product did not weigh as advertised and Bad smell and bad taste. The best part I guess is that I'm not out a lot of money but it's the principle

CBD savings direct is awful! I had an allergic reaction to their CBD oil and the best they offered was a 60% refund! If I wanted a “full” refund I needed to ship products back and pay $20 shipping!!! I was told a manager would call me within 24-48 hours, that didn’t happen! So now I’m taking products back to post office, fingers crossed they actually submit refund! FYI, they were unwilling to put any of this in an email! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

They use to be great. Not anymore. Why no returns/ or exchanges allowed because it’s not the same stuff. Buyer beware.

Thank you for teaching me not trust again. Thank you for ruining my life as I will never ever be able to trust any one of your kind. Your level of dishonest is woowing on a whole different dimension

One of my packages was short. I sent an email explaining what happened but did not get a response.
