Very prompt and discreet delivery with COA in package in case anyone wants to know the validity of the product being hemp. There are a few seeds as mentioned in the description of product but it's to be expected for the price and grade well worth the ability to grow your own if inclined. As for relief it helps with my Raynaud's syndrome, IBS, and my overall well being. Best if used in a vape I use my PAX2 with no prob decarboxylated so that I made some hemp banana bread. The moral of the story it's a great company you can trust!
