It arrived very fast which was awesome, I was very happy about that. However the flower was pretty dried out unfortunately.

Very easy ordering process, packaging was good, flowers were very fresh and delivered as promised. The only issue I had probably has to do with their POS (Point Of Sale) system. Because I live local, I chose to pick my order up, but the system failed to generate an email with confirmation of where to pick the order up. However, it did generate a receipt, but although it is a small problem, I still had to make a call to get the confirmation of pickup, instructions and the address. Despite that minute problem, everything else was top notch.
