First order I got Honolulu Haze, shipping was fast and I was impressed with the flower, the smell was awesome and so the effects on anxiety, very happy with it.
This second time I ordered Durban Potion and though shipping was also great, I'm very disappointed with the flower, it's very dry, no sticky and no smell at all not even like plain grass, vapes harsh and I could feel no effects, very sad.

Its hit or miss with shipping.
The first time I ordered 20g of charlottes sauce and 30g of honolulu haze and it shipped the same day I ordered. The buds were great. They smelled awesome and weren't too dry. This time though, i ordered two ounces of flower and 3 grams of kief and its been 5 days with no update on when the items will be fulfilled and ship. Not sure if this is normal but, its definitely good stuff if youre willing to wait a week for it to ship. "Hopefully no longer".

Its fairly common for a customer to ask for a status update if its been anything beyond a couple days without any tracking notification. SEE BELOW:

Hi Larry,
We use USPS Priority Mail which is probably one of the best options for affordable mass mail services. Although its quick when on time, unfortunately Priority Mail doesn't have a guaranteed delivery date which causes frustration for customers (like yourself) who them turn blame on the company (us).
Please dont hesitate to enlighten us with an alternative option for shipping at the same price point? Also, if a USPS priority mail envelope is not good enough for you, please advise what would be.

Orlando - thanks for your review, however we dont control USPS and how quickly they deliver items. We ship via Priority Mail, which doesn't have a guaranteed delivery date, however shipments usually arrive within 2-4 business days as long as there are no delays.

Shipping needs work
Hi, product is good but seriously you guys need to up your shipping game. My two cans of AC Diesel came in a paper USPS envelope that was tearing open at the edges. As I'm sure you know your product looks like regular cannabis and if it falls right out of the envelope that pretty much leaves USPS with no choice but to call the cops.
Please reconsider using paper envelopes to ship across the country.
