Well, the Cannabis arrived finally! I requested USPS shipping but CBD Hemp Direct ignored my shipping preferences and shipped via UPS instead. The package took forever to arrive. Quality is average to low quality. Bad/weak terpene profiles compared with other farms. Ordered 1/2 pound CBD flowers untrimmed but received a mixed bag of garbage (trim, stalks, leaves) + small amount of actual flowers. I cooked up some tinctures. There is something in their hemp that makes me break out with a rash... (not really organic?? Peticides??? Not sure... something is off) Overall not bad but definitely not as advertises, just shy of fraud. Flowers smoked ok after I cured them for two weeks in mason jars. Very average overall.... there is much much better out there from other vendors and farmers. Their stuff is worth $300/kilo trimmed and cured. Thats it. $400/lb for garbage.... not so great. Save your money.

Pretty good flower, but the price is pretty high. I also have to contact them like 5 or 6 times, over a period of month or two, before they reply. And their response is usually very short.

The products are great and I appreciated the documentation included. It was also nice to be able to scan each one and see it’s analysis. One thing that I didn’t like is that the packs were not double sealed. Other companies I use do that and it makes me feel safer that my perfectly legal hemp will not be confiscated. Also, it was sent in a priority mail envelope and it was ripped when it arrived. They are not sturdy enough to transit our mail system with anything but paper. Other companies I use used either a padded mailer or a box to ensure the contents arrive safely. Also, my tracking number didn’t work on the USPS website or shippo. It would have been nice to know when it was coming. I really loved the AC Diesel but am concerned if I ordered a larger quantity that it may not make it here.

Didn't receive everything I bought! Liked the CBD bud just didn't get everything I paied for...

The Honolulu haze wasn't sealed properly which is a bummer cuz that's the one I wanted to try the most but presentation was good packaging was good for the most part would probably buy from them again

The cbd was amazing besides the large amount of stems i had in mine along with it weighing under the 20 grams it stated the bag was. Other than that cant complain and had fast shipping

I ordered a Ibs with Next day Air shipping and didn't receive my product for a week. The customer service was responsive and they resolved the issue with a shipping refund. Product is wonderful, Great customer service.
