CBD HEMP DIRECTReviews of cbdhemp.direct

The cheap thin paper envelope mailer had a big hole in it and you could clearly see what was inside of it which was NOT Discreet or Cool at all. I would gladly pay the very small extra amount each time i order to have things shipped in a sturdy box where this wouldnt happen as im quiet sure that everyone else would as well. I mean it couldnt be anymore than a couple of pennys on the dollar to make this happen. It would be WELL WORTH IT!!! Please do something to prevent this from happening anymore in the future. I really want to order from you guys again but this has me really holding off and unsure about placing another order. I mean that cheap mailer had a big hole punched right through it and to anyones prying eyes, they could clearly see what would look like to the average joe, some illegal goods. They would have no idea it was legal CBD HEMP Flower and NOT Illegal Marijuana being shipped through the postal service. This is a BIG BAD NO, NO! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE... Like I Said It Will Only Cost a Couple of Cents on The Dollar to Change to A Strong Cardboard Box Mailer Instead and when packing wrap items in paper to make them less visible if it still somehow did get a hole in the stronger box as well. This is how other companies do it and Ive NEVER Had a Problem like this with any of them before. *NOTE: I left this issue out of my youtube review because everything else waa great and i feel that you should atleast have a good chance to fix the issue first before posting a Neg- Review Remark because of it. I think you have a good company and i do believe that you guys will solve this issue as soon as your able. So we shall see how things move along.

I was looking for something to help me with my anxiety and the product on here works. Only thing that i hate is every time I ordered something it was always extremely dry and no smell to it. There was way more shake than buds when i ordered Charlotte sauce. This experience is only from buying the Charlotte sauce! Service is great! Shipping is fast! Customer service is excellent!

Shipping could be faster, prices could be better on extracts. I wish they would send me special coupon codes I would purchase from here a lot more.

Good prices . Good flavor choices. But they well send you stems and popcorn at full price. Did it to me twice and friend once. Your better off buying the popcorn nugs offer cause that’s what they going to send you anyways. Other online company’s send nice nugs. Also look at some the responses the company replies when they get a bad review. Totally unprofessional , rings of gettoness in his verbiage. Your customer service is garbage and you send out bate in switch product. The angry ones should be the customers not the one who stole our money.

I’m only rating it 3 stars because my order has not came yet I tried emailing no resaults but I’m sure it cna all be a miscommunication and you’ll come through I have heard awesome reviews and Just can’t wait if you see this cbd hemp direct please haven’t received it yet even though it said 3 days it’s been a week.. now

My whole shopping experience was awesome. Every thing shipped fast and arrived ok. Unfortunately, I have not been able to feel the effects of the flower just by vaping it or making hot drinks with it. I havent given up though. I think if I use it to make oil, maybe I'll get somewhere with it.

Overall decent product, but not the best. The buds of the Honolulu haze were a bit dry but still good. All paperwork provided in the package were laughable compared to other companies. I would buy again if there were no other options. The shipping time is the only reason it gets 3 stars. They exceeded my expectations on that part.

Order arrived on time. The quality of the product wasn’t as good as some others I’ve had from the same company. Very generic smell , taste is pretty plain as well. Probably wouldn’t recommend this particular strain to others
