I started taking cbd for fibro pain and…
I started taking cbd for fibro pain and sleep issues. Tried other brands before this one that did not work well. I take 2 35 mg tablets and dropper of oil before bed. My sleep has improved dramatically. Does not take all the pain away but reduces it. Went off for a month because of the cost and my sleep went back to constant waking during the night. Will not go without it now.

Debbie I am so proud of you for taking charge of your health regimen. I have a family member with Fibro and she's also getting similar relief you mentioned. CBD Essence products are made to be highly absorptive especially taken away from regular food. I am so glad you are using the Drops and Caps in conjunction but I know it adds up. Favorite CBD
I've used many brands of CBD, from charlotte's Webb to generic store bough and this has been my favorite so far. I use to reduce normal daily anxiety-I'm not a good public speaker and this helps me be calm and clear headed before getting in front of people at work.
