Hi Hugh, thanks for sharing your review with us. I wonder if you also tried the sample capsules? Sometimes the mouth drops are not strong enough for the issue; esp if it's pain and inflammation for instance. Also, taking the drops or caps away from food and on a relatively empty stomach is essential for absorption.
