Product is good
Product is good, but the website needs to be optimized. It is very slow, times out and just plain unpleasant to navigate. I thought it was my connection, but no, all other sites are fine but this website is like navigating on a dialup connection. It was really frustrating when you go to make a purchase and the website times out in the middle of the purchase and then you don’t know if the order went through and of course if you order on the weekend, if you run into a snafu like that, there is no support until Monday. Three stars for product but two stars off for the website headache.

The website talked about CBD oil and…
The website talked about CBD oil and cream being helpful for Mast Cell Tumors. But this didn't explain that these things don't work for subcutaneous Mast Cell. It might work for cutaneous? But this feels like false advertising for some very expensive products.

I think we had higher expectations
I think we had higher expectations. Our senior dog has arthritis, and we had high hopes that this would greatly reduce his pain. He has a sensitive digestive system, and using glucosamine is a definite no-no. We tried the normal pain reducers that vets give via prescription, but they gave our dog explosive diarrhea. The CBD chews he likes, plus they do not upset his digestive system. They do give some relief, but not as much as we had hoped. We will keep them in rotation for a 3-month trial, but do not have expectations of considerable help.

Given what you’ve shared, a CBD oil may be a better fit due to its higher potency and easier dose customization. Our Ease tincture, in particular, could be a great option—it combines full-spectrum CBD with turmeric and frankincense to naturally reduce inflammation and support joint comfort, all without upsetting sensitive stomachs. Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the ointment does not seem to help with allergies. I’ve increased the dosage to support my dog’s deteriorating hip mobility and it seems that some days it calms and aids her.

Website and Support Need Improvement
Website and Support Need Improvement I generally like this company's products and will continue to be a customer, but I recently had a frustrating experience with their website and support that needs addressing. While attempting to delay my next scheduled shipment, I accidentally ordered additional product due to the confusing interface. Since customer support wasn't immediately available, I sent an email right away. Unfortunately, they only responded the following day and informed me it was too late to cancel. My main concern is that the system processes orders without any confirmation step. One wrong click and your order is processed without the chance to review it. A simple order confirmation page would prevent this issue and improve the customer experience significantly. I'm keeping the product and will continue ordering in the future, but I sincerely hope the company addresses both this design issue and improves their response time. Adding a confirmation step before finalizing orders and providing more immediate support options would make a loyal customer much happier!
