I ordered a Koi product that was out of stock on Koi's website...it DID NOT say out of stock on CBD.com's website, so I ordered it...on 7/15...on 7/23 I contacted them because I saw the shipping label but had no info on the ship..They told me it was on backorder and worked with me to find a similar product at a better price point. They went above and beyond...that is what great customer service is all about. Thank you CBD.com
