I bought the large red and white one from Amazon and was so excited about getting her own little place. How long does it take for the cat to be accustomed to its little cave. She's about 2 years old and a rescue. She's very loving and she loves to cuddle. However, she almost seems scared of it so, I put the top into the bottom and thought maybe that would help her to explore what it is. I even put a couple treats in there and her favorite toy. Do you have any suggestions. I would really like to keep it for her. Could it be that she doesn't have other cats to play with her cave. I haven't seen any of your videos that just show one cat getting excited about it. Well thanks for listening.

Beware of Cattasauras. I placed an order on 1/19. I sent them an email about a week later asking if it takes that long to update the order. They responded that they were having an issue that should be resolved in 7 days. Long story short, no update to my order, my follow up emails are bouncing back and their phone is always busy

Ordered on 1/9. 1/12 received a notice of a 7 day delay. 1/25 inquired about my order, told u day delay again. Funny they show available on the website?? Still no update.... I would not recommend this company!!

Tried it for 2 weeks cat totally ignored it. Have been back and forth with the company trying to return then for 45 days!! They offered 40% off, then they asked for pictures. Sent pictures 10 days ago still waiting for return label.

None of our 5 cats were interested in the cave. We ordered 3; 2 were never even removed from the plastic bag they arrived in. The 3rd was in pristine condition because none of the cats liked it and we packed it back up in 2 days. Company delayed and delayed sending return label, ignored their receipt of the return until I followed up with them again, and then offered to return only 30%. This in spite of merchandise being in perfect condition and the “satisfaction guaranteed” messages they plaster all over their ads and sites. We are due a full refund and the fact that we have not received it makes company feel like a scam. Be forewarned and careful!!

After receiving three units, I determined a few days later that my foster cats did not like these beds. I contacted the company to return the beds, and they said they would offer me a sixty percent refund. They then stated they would not refund a 100% of my money unless every thing. Every bad was in sellable condition with all paperwork, which was a warranty card and plastic wrappers included were returned with the beds. Of course, the beds are in perfect condition because my cats didn't use them. Their phone number is constantly busy, and it takes days in order to get a response via email. I would not deal with this company in the future and I hope by my review that others will think long and hard before they order this product.

My product was delivered by FedEx to our mailroom on New Years eve. Sadly a thief stole several packages from our mailroom that evening while everyone was out celebrating :/ I reported the theft to FedEx and gave the claim case number to Cattasaurus. FedEx could only confirm that they delivered it, but Cattasaurus emailed me saying they had forwarded my replacement request to fulfillment and would provide me a tracking number once shipped. That was a week and several email exchanges ago. Getting a response from them now has been impossible so I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Too bad - I was looking forward to gifting my grand-kitties.

I bought two cat caves during the pre-Holiday BOGO sale, and unfortunately my cats weren’t at all into them. No accounting for taste- the donuts looked good to me and I had no complaints about the quality. But the return process!! YIKES with a capital IKES. It took customer service from Dec 5 til Dec 11 to send me return labels. Initially they offered that I keep them and they refund me 30%. Fair enough, but I declined- my cats just weren’t into it and I didn’t want to try selling them myself. It took a few more days and me needing to resend pics before they sent me a shipping label. I have confirmation of delivery to their site on Dec 18 on the AM. On 12/26 I inquired about the return/refund and was told someone would get back to me and thanking me for my patience and understanding. It’s now 12/31 and still I have heard nothing. I realize they overestimated my patience and understanding. I can’t think of a time a return process has been so cumbersome.
