Love the product but it came folded in and tied up with zip ties in a square box which resulted in creased and folds that still have not filled out. I would have gladly paid a higher shipping cost for a larger box to avoid this.

I just recieved package and it was incomplete. I had purchased a double pack and only received 1. Packaging was abit roughly wrapped up but I opened and zipped it up. I have multiple cats and they all were attracted to it immediately. Cozing up on top while others were scurrying in throughout it. Hopefully the other one will come so order will come complete.

I agree with other reviews, DO NOT buy directly from Cattasaurus they ship in a tiny box with zip ties that ruin the product. It was also way more expensive than Amazon. Had to steam iron product for 45 minutes to try to get it into the expected shape and size . Shipping Is packed too tightly to fit in a small box . I did finally get it to look closer to the picture that was advertised but not after some serious steam/iron work . I also reached out to customer service for a new Cat Cave replacement and their suggestion was to use an Iron to fix the incredibly bad creases because of their shipping problem with China. My kitten does love the product and has fun playing in the cat cave :)

My cat won’t go inside it or on top. I’ve put catnip and her toys inside and on top. Maybe it just takes a while? I think I’ve had it for a week or so. I’ll give it more time and hope she loves it.

My cat's love it but it is deformed from shipping. What should I do about this?

My cat kinda likes them. I bought 2 and he is not totally interested. I think he liked his soft beds more. They are pretty expensive to only be used sometimes.

Product is loved by all my kitty's but the bad shipping method damaged it, crushing it with 2 large zip ties to ship it in a smaller box is why i will not order another id rather pay higher shipping then receiving damaged products

It had a big hole in it. Other that the big tear, everything was fine.
