I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering!!! DO NOT BUY THESE!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I ordered these (2 with a BOGO deal) directly from Catasaurus. My cat's were not interested in them at all. Didn't touch them. I packed them in the original packaging with the original paperwork and requested a return label. They offered me a 30% refund of the $95.25 I paid for them and suggested that I donate them. I said that was unacceptable and again asked for a label. They then requested pictures of the cat caves. I sent them pictures of them zipped together, unzipped and various steps in the packing process. They *Finally* sent me a shipping label. I tracked the shipping and could see that it was delivered on 4/4/25 at 9:51 a.m. I gave them a few days to inspect the contents and finally had to ask for a status on 4/9/25. They responded on 4/10/25 stating that the caves were damaged and cannot be resold or restock and they could only give me a 50% refund. This is an absolute lie. I am currently disputing this with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and they do NOT follow their 100% money back guarantee. Buyer beware.

Ordered two on the buy one get one promotion. Cats won’t touch them and even the larger size is too small for one of my cats. Tried to return under the 90 day guarantee. Received an email with an offer for a 30% refund. I said no, just want to return since they take up so much room. They asked for pictures of both items, too and bottom, and pictures of the shipping box. I provided 11 days later as I kept forgetting about it. They said I was now outside of the 90 day guarantee window, even though I started the process within the window. They will not respond to further messages. Scam of a company. Don’t buy.

Paid for 2 back in January and no delivery to date. Its April! No reply from emails, really confused by the high ratings!

Ordered product and my cat would not go near it. Left it out for 4 days and she wanted nothing to do with it. I packed up to return and emailed for a return label. Was told I had to unpackage it and take pictures. I showed it in the original plastic packaging. And sent in pictures. Then told me that they will let me of they will accept it. Then ghosted me and will not respond to my emails or text. I had to claim fraud with my credit card. And post daily via social media so other don't get taken advantage of as well.

They brag about their great customer service Not so great !!! I wanted to return an order for 2 of those caves. Customer support asked me to send pics of the 2 caves and the shipping label on the delivered box.i sent the pics. I did not want or need a double order of a duplicate order. I called as soon as I noticed a duplicate charge to my credit card . This was on a Sunday 2-9-25 and had to leave a message and the voice stated I would get a call back as to the cancellation. No call back on Monday 2-10-25, so I called again and was asked to leave a message and I would be contacted as to the return. No call back!,,!, I placed a dispute with credit card company for this duplicate order, which was later cancelled at the suggestion of credit card company for this to be resolved for all concerned. Never received a return shipping label. BBB is not favorable either.

Didn't work for our cats. They were difficult to work with on the return in spite of their rhetoric and then, after jumping through hoops, did not honor the full refund. Do not buy unless you're sure your cats will love it.

The Junbo was too small for my ragdoll cats. I promptly requested to return which took forever for them to respond. I provided pictures of this product which was NEVER USED They refuse to credit my full purchase. they lied and said they were not in good condition? I do not reccommend them .

Ordered the buy one get one free deal. Which wasn’t really a deal, since I paid $96.35. I received one. No response from company regarding shipment of second cattasarus. Will be returning the one I received.
