My two four year old cats were interested at first, but lost interest after a couple of days. Trying to keep their interest in the product has been difficult. They prefer to keep clawing the furniture.

The product itself seems like it’s good quality and well made. I’m not real crazy about the dangling exposed zipper pull right at the entrance as it seems easy to snag on during play. It’s been here a few days now and my boys aren’t terribly interested in it despite my attempts, so I’m not sure it was a worthwhile purchase. But you never can tell what cats are going to like and not like.

Product is very good. Unfortunately, my 14 year old cat Grey has no interest. I've had your product for 1 week. And I'm still trying to coax her to go in without forcing her. The product is very well made. Unfortunately she has no interest

I have tried several times to contact you about an issue I'm having with the Cat Cave. It arrived late October and was very crumpled due to packing straps crushing it so it would fit in a smaller box. It has remained crumpled and doesn't look very good. I would like to resolve this with either an exchange or maybe there's a way to get rid of that crumpled look? I look forward to hearing back from you. P.S. I originally tried contacting you through your website and I'm not sure why that didn't work?

i think they sent me 2 lightercolord ones when i thought i got 2 dark ones and one light one and they love the dark one so much more than the light one but i was thinking of giving one away to another cat having family

So far it seems to be pretty well made. It did arrive with a pretty big crease in it, hopefully after being open and may relax, we shall see with more time. So far my cats are interested but not fully using it, so again I am going to give this more time. But overall seems like a good product

Your product is probably great but neither one of my cats like theirs. So, I have 2 little "donuts" that Maxx and Mimi won't use. They both stuck their head in and decided it wasn't their thing. They seem to be very well made and a good idea, just not my kitties cup of tea I guess.
