I purchased the Cattasaurus cave with great hope that my cat would love it and was happy to see the "100% Guarantee and full refund within 30 days" return policy on the website. Sadly, my kitty did not like the cave at all. When I asked for guidance to return the item within 2 weeks max of purchase, the response I received was "As a courtesy, we would like to offer you a 30% partial refund, and you can keep the product. However, if you prefer to return it for a refund, we can certainly assist with that as well. Please note that the returned item will be subject to inspection, and a full refund may not be guaranteed." Oh wow, well that is not what is on the website. When I cut and pasted directly the return policy on the website, no one responded. This is completely illegal and misleading. Do not buy from this company. They are NOT transparent about their return policy!

I ordered the stainless steel litter boxes. When I received them one was bent. When assembled even the non bent one left a huge gap where the cat pee could go through and the latches are not tight at all. Once I saw how cheaply made these were I packed them back up without ever using them and asked for a refund and a return shipping label. I was offered a 30% refund and to keep the products. I said no! Especially not at $240. Then they replied “sorry your cat didn’t like the cat caves”. I emailed back that it wasn’t cat caves it was litter boxes. I suspect pre-written email correspondence. I was told I would need to submit pictures first. I had already packaged the litter boxes back exactly as received so did my best with pictures and submitted them. I was thanked for submitting the pictures, told $20 would be deducted from my refund and I would not be guaranteed a 100% refund and told it would be 24-72 hrs before someone would get back to me. It’s been more than 72 hrs and no word yet. I emailed them again today. Do not buy from this site. It’s a scam!

I ordered 2 cattasaurus donut caves for 4 cats. One cat is terrified and the other 3 simply have no interest. I tried to return, but policy is item must be unused. How would I know if my cats like it or not without using the product! I was offered a measly 30% refund without sending the items back, otherwise, they would need to inspect the items returned in original packaging and determine what my return might be. I’ve been waiting for a return label. I’ve asked several times! I need to return these items because my cat doesn’t like them. I should have been able to get a return label as soon as I asked the first time!

Return policy is lies lies lies. It has been almost 2 weeks since I contacted the company to return my car caves, that my cars ignore. There has been 8 emails back and forth. They have made me send pictures of my unused car caves with promises of a response in 48-72 hours. 1 week later and still no response. Don’t purchase

I ordered 2 calming donuts. I received 1 donut that won't zip. Missing 1 donut and calming blankets for both. Spent $170 and I have nothing for my cat. I have had multiple emails with the the company with no resolution. I had to tell them what I ordered. Continue to get the run around. They haven't sent the missing items or refunded my money. It has been a month. No phone number to call to speak to a person.

I ordered 2 cat caves. My cat wanted nothing to do with them. I returned the caves in the packaging in which they were sent. It’s been 6 months & I have not received my refund. Multiple emails to the company have gone unanswered. Very frustrating, very poor customer service. A waste of $200.

Have not ordered due to company will not provide fiber content of “felted” material, nor will they advise if certified against harmful chemicals!
