I received 2 cat caves. They seem like a fun option for my 3 cats. It took a few days before they were brave enough to enter it but each did finally. No playing with each other on it yet. One of the zipper pulls to assemble the top and bottom was missing but I managed to replace it with another on the top since I didn't have the covers. Then I decided to order them - just got 3. So far they are just exploring the new fuzzy parts. I am dissapointed the little hole is hidden with the top cover. I can always cut a hole I guess.

I think the cattasaurus is a great idea but my cat is luke warm to it. I didn’t buy the furry add on and I wonder if she’d like that better. I bought 2 of the cattasaurus items and will gift the other one to a friend who has a mama cat and her two offspring. I hope they’ll enjoy it.

I bought this kinda scratcher. Cats don’t use much. I can suggest how you can make a change…. Make an area inside that is a little easier/something like a patch (however long) something like Velcro which kitty might address in scratching. They can get their claws into without harm, Whatever this is made of is great but my kitties know they cannot do much harm sooooo.. don’t try to scratch.

I really like the product. The cats aren’t always interested in it, however, and I still have to entice them to go to it or in or on it often, even a month later. One funky thing that happened is that I didn’t get a receipt for my first purchase—didn’t even see it in the junk mail!—so I made a second purchase (thinking it didn’t go through the first time) and ended up with an extra bed. Then the original purchase showed up at my door, followed the next by by he send. SMH I eneded up keeping the second order because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it. The cats all love the brush though! The capped brush bristles make it more appealing to my more sensitive cat.

They hardly use it,wasted money, definitely don't scratch it

I liked the item I purchased. But the company didn't have the decency to send me a delivery update by email so that made me not want to buy anything else from this company.

Too big for my condo. I received a refund from you. I donated it to Furry Friends in Jupiter where I “adopted” Daphne my cat.

The product is great, customer service not so much. Loved the cat cave, but unable to get my cat interested. Company unresponsive when trying to contact about the promised 90 day refund.
