Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Their website is full of lies. Doesn’t ship with in 3-5 days in USA. Returns are NOT money back guarantee. My cat had zero interest, it was not touched, yet they made me take pictures of it before sending it back and when they got it (after I TOLD I KNOW they got it from the tracking number) they said it was “damaged” and only will refund 40%. It literally came out of the bag, sat on the floor, put back in the bag and sent back. They have the WORST customer service and are full of lies. terrible company

After putting together the cattasaurus, neither cats wanted to come near it. We placed treats, we put favorite toys in there, but both cats avoid the cattasaurus. It takes up a lot of space and according to their ads, there's a 90 day money back guarantee. I emailed several times, I even called their number. Their number has an instant busy tone so I don't think it's a real number. I even went on the website and filled out their form to ask how to get the refund and to send back the cattasaurus. Twice. No reply. Don't buy this horrible monstrosity! False advertisement on the money back guarantee! You can't talk to a person nor do they respond to emails. Don't waste your money!

Our cat wasn't interested in the Cattasaurus so we decided to return it. What a nightmare. It has taken a week worth of e-mail to find out the company requires pictures and for the product to be free of any hair before you can return it. Once they approve of you sending it back, they offer a 30% refund and charge $20 for shipping. In other words, we paid $100, will get a refund of $30 but have to pay $20 for the refund. We will net $10 on a $100 purchase.

i would give a zero if I could -- They charge you for "free return" then they don't respond if you want to return. /don't pick up phones, don't respond to emails, then say that they will give you a discount or that you need to take photos, but if you return and they aren't in perfect condition they will not give you a full refund. All a scam. My credit card company had to handle. Thank goodness I have excellent AMEX customer service. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

Buyer Beware!! This company is untrustworthy and awful to deal with. Take your business elsewhere. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Unless your cat loves the peekaboo product, trying to return it is a nightmare. You have to chase them down every step of the way. I had to send in photos of all angles of the product first to see if it was “eligible to return” After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I reached out again. Got the return label. Shipped it off. Got proof of delivery. Their policy stated they’d issue a refund within 72 hours. Didn’t happen. A week and a half later, I reached out to ask the status of my refund. They said they’d give it within 72 hours. I needed to get my credit card company involved. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, TROUBLE & MONEY. There are better cat products out there!!

I ordered 2 different color cat caves a green and a pink. When my order arrived I got 2 light gray ones. My cats don't care but I care how they look in my home. I emailed your company and never heard a single thing back. Very disappointed.

Very misleading ads showing buy one, get one free. My phone when ordering showed NONE of the required boxes they said I didn't check when ordering to get a second catcave free. Even went back to the site and had others confirm it. Yet when I checked the box to order it said " Congrats, you get a cave free". Check their real reviews, too many issues with this company.

They falsely advertise “That's why your order is secured with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 90 day free return policy.” When you actually try to return within the 90 day period, they inform you that they will keep $20 as a return fee. They then tell you that you must return the product and are not guaranteed a refund unless you pass their inspection. The entire process is deceptive, They obfuscate the fact that they are in Vietnam (they list their address as Delaware) and they do not honor stated policies.
