The product is outstanding, and my cats love it. The construction is sturdy, it stores easily, and has enough play space inside for my adult cats. I only deducted the one star (would have been half a star, really) because it was absurdly difficult to zip together.

When I received the package I unfolded it and due to the folds are small tears. Otherwise ok

My cats love the tunnel and enjoy sleeping on top! I wish it wasn't so expensive but the cats do love it.

Our experience with the company is great! My cat however is too large for the product. She is not overweight as the vet tells us. She is just a large (sweet) cat.😻

Product arrived promptly, study and as described. The only thing I can't say is if my cats like it yet. They have been avoiding it still......

The kitties like the cat cave but are sad the floppy fish didn’t arrive.

Fast delivery and quality product. It was a little cumbersome/awkward to get it zipped together, but once it was done the cats have loved it!
