I really love the product and it’s concept but my cat didn’t like it as much, though the people who I was in contact with were super polite and always quick to answer every question for my return, I’ll definitely recommend this product to fellow cat lovers in the future !!!!

It’s a little tricky to zip the halves together. Pop the folds out first, then match the zipper ends. Watch out for the cat that is already inside!
As advertised. Well packaged. Cats love it!

Don’t Judge the Product by Its Cardboard Cover
I was surprised by the box size and thought the Cat Cove was too small. When I put it together, I realized the box’s size was deceptive. The two cats love it. They immediately sat in it, crawled around and chased each other. Also, the material doesn’t allow the cats to eat or scratch it. The Cove is excellent;thus, the above rating.
