My cat seems to like the product!

My kitties are “getting used to it”. They did climb right into it and I do find them playing Inside all the time.

All 4 of my middle aged cats took a turn exploring the cave. It's funny, after checking it out, they all reached the conclusion that it wasn't interesting enough. I am going to get some toys to put in it. And strangely enough, none of them are interested in getting on top of it. I guess I just have boring cats.

Your communication with customers is great!

I bought 3 - my cats mostly sit on top or scratch it. My daughter's cats love it, and my other daughter's cat just ignores it. Still pleased with them. Was a little concerned since it came folded, but once zipped together it rounded out nicely.

Item received quickly, very easy to pop out of shipping carton and assemble (I'm a 73-year-old lady with some arthritis in my hands, so the ease of assembly was a blessing). My five-year-old neutered male cat acted just as I suspected: VERY suspicious of this new thing in the living room! I have just left it there for him to discover on his own time. He spends most of his time outside during the summer, but we caught him FINALLY making the full circuit around the tube. When he a bit more accustomed to it, we'll get out the laser pointer and see what happens! I see him using this much more during winter months. Leo, being a cat, decides to do things on HIS time.

Easy to order and quality product. The cats are not as excited about the house as I had hoped.

The cat cave arrived and my cats loves it right away. However I have not yet received the additional item I paid for in the same order.
