CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

I like the product as does my kitten. What I don’t like is that they advertise buy 1 get 1 free on their website yet it’s still cheaper to buy 2 on Amazon.

The product is very good and well constructed. My two cats thoroughly checked it out and have pretty much ignored it since. As I got two for one pricing, I will be giving the second one to another cat owner or charity.

UPDATE - They contacted me and have issued the refund. Product is good, but they DO NOT honor their BOGO offer, and their customer service is terrible. I contacted them THE DAY I saw that I did not get one free, and was told basically "The website takes care of it". I proved that it didn't, and was told "we'll work on it". After not hearing anything from them, I reached out and was told "Working on it". 2 weeks later was told "I'll check with my supervisor". Two week later I was told "Sorry, we're unable to do it." They are unable to issue a credit to the card that they happily took payment from.

I thought my cats would love them. They could care less. They explored then walked away. I haven't seen them interact with them at all.

Finally received the Cattasaurus. It looks like the photos although it’s not as soft as it appears on the ads. Our cat was not a fan. He likes soft landing spaces and this didn’t do it for him. We made a shelter donation and hopefully there’s a kitty there that is enjoying it.

I like the product very much but cats got in them the 1st and haven’t touched them since. I’m hoping they will warm up to them.

Pairing up the zippers was maddening. For a single person it's very awkward. If the opposing zipper was reversed, it would make it so much easier to assemble. After watching a few videos, I managed to assemble one of two. In the meantime, the cats were giving the units all the love. Sleeping in them, using them as scratching objects.

I was expecting my cats to really enjoy using them, but it’s more like “meh” to them. May add catnip and see if it draws their attention.
