My experience with this business has been a nightmare. I ordered the water fountain, I never received it. Finally got a response from customer service but absolutely no help. Just tells me it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. No one received the fountain. When I reached out to UPS they can’t even track the number I gave them. UPS kept telling me to reach out to Amazon for help but I didn’t order through Amazon. There is also no proof of delivery picture associated with this supposedly delivered item. So in the end I have spent 250.00 for one cattasaurs catcave. Buyer beware!

Customer service is non-existent. I had an issue with my order and still after 3+ weeks of emails and reaching out on Instagram, no reply. The phone number listed is disconnected. I have tried emailing via the auto emails saying to contact them through that email and tried using the message service on their website. Nothing. I haven't even opened the product as I want a response from them first. Please stay away if you think you may have issues with your order or want to return.

I had already tried this product in the past (2 of them). One was defective but replaced with pictures and video to prove it had been made upside down. They was no way to zip the 2 parts together. My cats never played nor approached them. Our new Lab puppy took care of destroying them both by eating some pieces which got him sick by the way :( As my 2 cats got older, I thought I would give it another try. How stupid of ME! They absolutely ignore the two I have recently bought them. CONCLUSION: BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

I have some questions on the design of their litter boxes I want answered before purchasing. I have sent several emails and haven’t received a response in a week. After a week of trying to call, I do not believe the phone line is connected. It is busy 24-7.

I am very disappointed with this product but especially the company. I ordered by 2 get 3 free cat caves and was charged the jumbo price but got the regular size caves. All the customer service has to say about it was "you ordered the large size". Very misleading advertising. Order at your own risk.

Ordered two cat fountains with filters, and subscriptions for refill filters for both, from Cattasaurus for a stupid lot of money. They sent one fountain and no filters. Email response from customer service says they don't send you any additional fountains, or your filters and refill filters, until after the 90 day trial period expires. WTF am I supposed to do with a fountain that has no filters or refills when you're supposed to change the filter every month?? What a scam, do NOT recommend. Now I get to begin the horrific attempt to return this fountain. Wish I had checked the reviews on this company before ordering.

I ordered a fountain and after waiting a week or so for shipping info, I emailed the company and they responded that it was a pre-order. No where on the order page did I see this was a pre-order product. Item finally arrived, I set it up and my cats are not drinking from it. I reached out to them now has been 3x to ask how exactly someone can only return an item unused when the only way for me to see if my cats like it, is to put it together, add the water and see what happens. 3x and not a PEEP OUT OF THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
