My cat absolutely love it! The only issue is the way it was shipped to us it was folded up and it has dents all through it that I can't get out.

The cats seem to like it, my only complaint is that it was folded in shipping and now it’s dented up. I’ve tried to press the dent out and it’s been put together for well over a week, but it still has the dents.

I bought 2 one for each cat, they do use them from time to time, but they also have other favorite sleeping spots

Saw this on IG..I have 2 cats and thought they would love it…It looks cushier in the video, but when I received it, the material is not soft at all, actually VERY stiff. I wish it was softer as most cats love a soft towel or blanket to snooze on…maybe on your next version.

During my order, I noticed a discrepancy with the discount offer. The email indicated $10, the ordering system only gave me 10%, which was less. I messaged support and had an answer in less than 24 hours, on the weekend, that I would be credited. High marks for making it right! The cats love the cat cave. It has held up to heavy use since arrival. I was hoping that some of the "dents" from being folded during shipping would go away. It doesn't affect the cats enjoyment, but it does make it a little less aesthetically pleasing for us. If there is a way to steam out the dents or something, please let me know. Otherwise, all good.

Kitties had fun with the two parts that looked like Texas cowboy hats! They were a pain to put together. I finally had Several friends help put it together. It’s really bent oddly when it arrives. The kitties have had fun and I expect that to grow as they explore more!

My cats are big, so it is difficult for them to get in it. They do use it as a fort and run around it.

It’s a great concept but it’s not sturdy enough for my cat to climb up on it to sleep or lay down and it was dented upon arrival that can’t be fixed. My cats don’t use it.
