The shipment arrived in a timely manner. However I haven't opened the box yet because it is a Christmas present for my daughter's cat.

I ordered the original size based on website recommendations. I have 2 ragdolls. One of them loves it, however, one of them is larger than the other and she will not go inside because it is too small for her. In hindsight, I should have ordered the larger one. So if you have ragdolls, my recommendation is to order the larger size.

Great concept and kitty likes it. It would have been better if not folded, very tightly, so that it has permanent creases and irregularities, making it much less attractive than the picture.

It took Seamus a few days before he was interested, now he plays and sleeps in it and on it.

My cats are enjoying it. I appreciate that it came in a smaller box with minimal packaging. However, the item still has some beds and dents in it from being folded into the box.

My cats loved the donut immediately! I didn't even get a chance to fully unbox it before they jumped in it! After a week of having it, the cats use it more than their beds. What could use some fixing is how the product is shipped. It comes folded up and results in creases and divets that don't seem to go away.

Everything was amazing except for how the product is packaged. Because of how bent and contorted the product had to be in order to fit the box, it was difficult zipping the two halves together and the middle section on the inside never closes/touches. My cats have been loving it regardless, though!

Only one of my 3 kitties are ever interested in the product. She is also the youngest. The other two are older and are not very good with the product.
