It was easy to order. The package arrived quickly. I hope my 2 cats are going to like it. They seem to be taking their time using it. However, sometimes they are slow getting used to a new item.

These were the perfect gift for mine and my sister's kitties!! They're great for scratching, playing, hiding, and even just loafing on. Truly a unique, well designed and robustly manufactured item. We love it!!

Very easy to assemble. Both cats and kittens took to it immediately!!

The order was right on time. When we gave it to our cats on Christmas morning, the younger cat was all about it, The older cat snuck up on it but then decided it was a good thing. Yesterday, our younger cat came running into the room and ran inside it waiting for the older cat to come by so he could jump out at her.

Shipping was quick and they are super easy to zip together. One of mine came without the zipper and when I notified customer service, another was shipped right away. It was suggested to donate the one missing a zipper to a local shelter... a perfect suggestion, impressive and very kind!

OUR CAT LOVES THIS TUNNEL TOY HE HAS NOT STOPED WITH IT SINCE CHRISTMAS

What a fun gift for cat lovers! I sent one to my son who is raising three kittens and they absolutely love it. He sends me daily pictures with the cats inside and on top. He also put a small ball on the inside so it rolls around for them to play with. I highly recommend the product to anyone who has a cat and needs to either play or find a space to be alone and feel protected.

My cats absolutely love this product. They play in it all the time and we catch them napping in it often as well.
