Based on the reviews, I thought this would be a sure winner for our two active cats. Unfortunately not - only one was mildly interested for a day, and both have ignored it ever since. It’s spendy and takes up a lot of floor space for an ignored item!

Fyi, if you click a low stars, it goes to a Google form instead of the rating website. I had to click 5 stars first to get here and then fix my rating afterwards.

My cattasaurus cave is the large version as I have bigger cats. It does not have the cutout and my cats don't seem to like it. I wish the site said it didn't have the cutout. I have had it for about 2 weeks now.

They do not answer phones. It just disconnects. They do not answer emails. They do not do returns. I ordered one was billed and shipped 2 cat beds. Only opened one. My cats are uninterested in this. Not a bad product just my cats won't go near. They have a no return policy Not what they say on site - 30 day return. I was charge $54 for one the $79 on another charge on my card. Scamming in their own way. Shelly J.

The cave came folded. Once I unfolded it and put it together, it was very creased and had markings where the straps kept it folded. In all the advertisings it showed a beautifully rounded cave, and I feel like I spent a good chunk of change on something that looks / feels used. Wouldn’t have purchased had I seen how they come.

Purchased the large Peekaboo Cat Cave. Shipping was okay. The product was damaged from their packing method. The heavy duty zip ties created several large creases in the felt that aren't just unsightly but undermine the structural integrity. Even after weeks, the product is no where close to how it is depicted. The peephole just serves to weaken it further. Not one of my three cats is interested in giving it a second glance, even when cat nip is used to try and coax them. In fact, they go out of their way to sleep elsewhere when it is moved into their favorite napping spots. Even at the "sale price" of $69, this product is overpriced.

You didn’t do anything wrong. I thought this was a great item but my cats are just butt heads and don’t play with anything longer than a minute. I’m very disappointed in them. L O L.

It rolled like a tire with my cat inside. Scared my cat . Never went near it again. Not stable. flips easily.
