CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

Massive fail with this product! I have 2 cats that like to run around And scratch and claw different things. I purchased two one for each cat. They both sniffed around the device and crawled inside. After one day they completely ignored it and haven't touched either one in two weeks. I can't recommend this product at all.

Deceptive Checkout – Beware of Additional Charges I intended to purchase two items from Cattasaurus but was charged for four. At the end of checkout, I was shown an offer that appeared to be a complimentary promotional deal. When I clicked it, the site immediately charged my card for two additional items. There was no updated order total, no final review screen, and no opportunity to confirm or cancel the additional purchase before my card was charged. I found this checkout process extremely misleading and deceptive. Buyers should be very cautious when clicking any offers that appear during or after checkout.

My cats (3 of them) ignored the Cattasaurus. I ended up donating it to my local animal shelter.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! My credit card was charged on Aug, 12th and it was "shipped" Aug.13th. I contacted you last week when asked to leave a review. NO RESPOSE! And another week goes by, still no delivery and you want a review!! PLEASE Credit my card. No more orders from me!

I keep receiving emails asking how I like their product, but I haven't received it yet.

I still have not received this product after ordering it 2 weeks ago. Cattasaurus says there’s a major issue with their shipping service. Should be zero stars at this point.

So far it has been a total waste of money. The cats have shown zero interest in the caves and they are just taking up space. I wish it were different but that’s the reality.

I have been emailing your company since 7-16-26. I received one response which was vague and did not answer any of my concerns. When I tried to reply, that was it… I never heard another thing and it’s been since 7-18 after I have emailed almost 6 times asking for an answer. I tried calling the phone number listed and there is a constant busy signal. I find it hard to believe all these positive reviews when I cannot even receive communication back and nowhere to reach anyone. Ironically, I have received emails asking if I am happy with my order. I had conflicting issues with the information on the website as I was looking to return the larger model for the smaller model. On the main page of your website, it says 100% refund because of the satisfaction guarantee. It also says free exchanges. When I looked at the return policy, however it says I would be charged a $20 fee. I was not offered that special deal for the free returns when I checked out originally. Also, it says there that exchanges are not accepted. I’m really frustrated because everywhere I look it says your company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. I would really really appreciate a response and a confirmation for my return hopefully without the $20 fee. I am not one to carry an issue this far, But at this point, I feel the need to contact the Better Business Bureau
