The customer service is impossible to reach. I have sent emails and tries calling for almost 2 weeks and am unable to reach them. There is no response to my emails and when I call the phone rings about 4 times and then goes to a busy signal. I have tried calling at least 10 times and the same thing happens every time. What good is their 90 day free return if you cannot reach them? 7-25-24 Update My email finally got through and they sent a UPS label for my return.

I like them; however, my 2 cats don’t. They have yet to go near them.

The zipper on one was difficult to zip. After spending some time on it I finally got it to close. So far the three cats are curious, but have not yet discovered the possible fun. Sometimes it takes a little time.

Well it would have been easier if I was told to secure the cats before opening the box.😀 Why is there a cutout hole of the cattasaurus in the shell? That was not mentioned in the advertising material? Threw me for a loop if it was damaged.

I love the product but my cats have not loved them yet. I’m sure they just need some time.

The material of the cave is great and I’m sure my cats would’ve loved it. I had to return it not due to quality but to size. Unfortunately I live in a very small NYc apartment and I didn’t have enough floor space for it 😔 But if you live in a bigger place you should get it

So far my cat's love it. If they haven't torn them up I'll get another one.

You product looks durable. Just received it, but my cats haven’t used it yet. My only constructive criticism is that you need to work on the time a customer placed an order compared to when it’s shipped and received.
