Easy to order. Fast shipment. Product received in proper packaging. The kitten IMMEDIATELY took to it, spending hours everyday chasing a ball inside, climbing outside on it to reach higher areas, scratching on it and also laying and playing in the “donut hole”. He runs to it when he’s nervous or scared by something new in his environment and also has fun sticking his little head out of the cat hole opening when playing.

I don’t even know what to call them. The bed, fort, play place is absolutely perfect. My cat loved it immediately. It’s her playful space and her roost now and we couldn’t be happier.
