The cats loved it right out of the box!

Nice product. Cats are still figuring it out.

We have a household of 3 cats and they all love these. They scratch, play, and sleep in it daily. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for the zipper on one of the items we received. It didn't close very well, had to force it.

the bogo offer was awesome. my little beasties are still exploring them and so far they aren't too interested, but its been really hot and I generally don't kick the A/C on till its close to 80. They will most likely use it more during colder weather

Our four cats love this! It has a super cozy design for a nap and is interactive for playtimes. The little hole in the back is the smartest idea and makes it easier to play with our cats. It’s cozy enough to relieve thunderstorm anxiety for one of our babies and the rest love playing and jumping around.

Great customer service and good product. Want the felines to use it more.

Loved it, but my cat hasn't given his stamp of approval yet. It takes him a minute to like anything, hopefully he'll realize that it's also a scratcher, and stop scratching my furniture, lol.

So far excellent customer service/follow up. My "kids" are a little picky about their toys, but so far they seem to be liking their Cattasaurs tunnel. I hope as the weeks pass, they will be loving it more and more.
