CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

I ordered on the 3 for the price of 1 sale, They arrived in 3 days, My cat sniffs it, looks around from the outside, but I have not seen her in or on it. I tiied adding soft blankets to make it more attractive, I tried putting snacks just inside. I am still hoping she likes it, but she is an older cat and is somewhat skeptical. I gave the other 2 to my adult granddaughters. They just picked them up, but I am hoping they likethem. I can only say good things about the construction, They are sturdy, easy to put together, and slightly bigger than I expected.

My cat loves the product and I’m very happy with that. What I don’t understand is why you advertise buy one get one free and then only ship one. I was told I didn’t click on ‘the correct button’. Who would only buy one at the price? Come on… why do you have to make this hard. Then I asked about it via email and you said sure for another $20 weeks will ship you one. I’ve owned my own business twice in my life and I would never not send a product if someone was confused by an online offer. Products great but customer service not so much. Lisa B

My younger 3 cats at first seemed to really like the 2 that I purchased for about 3 days. Then they became uninterested in them. The 2 older cats (13 & 14 y.o.) sniff the caves every now and then, but don't utilize the caves at all. I haven't given up hope yet on the caves. I have 5 very finicky felines. The youngest cat (1.5 y.o.) does lay on top of them occasionally. I think the product is great myself. Time will tell for the felines.

She is getting used to it, and likes it now, but I wouldn’t say she prefers it. Hopefully she will get there and stop scratching furniture.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that when I ordered, it was supposed to be a two for one deal. So far, I’ve only received one. My cats absolutely love their catasaurus! If the deal was honored, I would be completely happy.

I would give 1 star except for my cats really like the cave, but I have only had it about 2 weeks and it's already pilling on the surface and the zipper keeps opening. Not sure how long this is going to last. As for their site, there's alot of sneaky stuff going on. This is the letter I wrote immediately after I tried to check out several times and called and emailed repeatedly: How can I speak to a representative? There are several price discrepancies on your site. The jumbo cave is 109.00 BOGO with free shipping over 89.00, but when I check out it is 119.00 - ten dollars more. The 3 pack kicker fish toy are 19.00 with a regular price of 29.00 in clearance, but when I added them to my cart they suddenly were 29.00 with regular price now 39.00?????? Returns are 'free' but I have to check the 2+ dollar box to be eligible????? Got message for "emergency" cave to add to my order, but when I tried to do that. your system treated it like a separate order and charged me shipping. I really don't like the way you do business. Are you a real company or a scam site.

They love the green toy. Swirl sits on the top of it, and Socks plays inside of it.

No conozco nada es simplemente una valoración previa.
