The product is AWESOME. The customer service is Bipolar. Two nasty messages when I requested to return the item legitimately. THen a very agreeable message to return it, then another nasty one, and then a full refund (Not sure if that ever happened).. It was literally like having a bipolar experience with customer service. VERY frustrating. Oh, and do not, under any circumstance loose a piece of paper out of the box, or throw away the destroyed (upon arrival - they are flimsy) the box or you cannot get a return refund

Your product seems to be good but my cat is not interested at all in it. My experience with you company has been poor. Once you sell your product there is very little customer service. I have been unable to reach you by phone, it is constantly busy signal. Email somewhat better. 90 day return is a problem because you won't take back anything unless new in box pretty much

First off, my 3 adult cats didn't like the cattasaurus cat caves. Even when I put their silvervine toys in them. So, before they got dirty or scratched up, I sacked them back up and placed them in a box so they would be ready to return. The information states 100% satisfaction, 100% refund. The SMALL print says the caves must be returned in their original sacks and box. The box had been destroyed by the shipper due to its' unweidy size. So I had the Postal store manufacture a new box. Second: The woman who responded to my request was polite, but asked if I would take a 40% refund and then give the 3 cat caves to a needy household. When I said no thank you, she then said that the warehouse would have to review photos I needed to take of the cat caves. THEN it was a 3 week gap until I reached out to them again. I got a label by return email. And a note to say that when the cat caves got back to the warehouse, they would have to be examined AGAIN by the warehouse team. NOW it's been another couple of months, no word, no refund. I contacted them today 6/2/25 requesting my refund immediately. I'll see what happens...

I see they make lots of kittehs happy! The product is high quality. My mini-panther is still mischievous and loves to claw at many things; the bed, the couch, not the donut. He will lay atop it, rarely inside it, even with the cozy cover inside, he’s not a big fan.

I had two cats, one passed away suddenly in January at 11 years old. I thought they'd like this thing but it was a complete waste of money. They HATED it. They wouldn't even get on to of it. I was dumb and didn't even try to return it just bc it was a pain in the butt to pack it up. I should have just stuck to the trusty Amazon boxes they live getting in so much.

Edit: We’re now up to 8 emails, over a 9 days and the latest says they are finally forwarding to the department that will determine if I can make a return or not — and I will hear back within 72 hours. This is ridiculous. Their return policy clearly states, "What if my cat doesn’t like it? We are obsessed with your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. That's why your order is secured with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 90 day free return policy." My cats did not like it. One cat never went near it. The other inspected it once and never went back. However, trying to return the product is not easy and actually comes with conditions and dire warnings that if there is any sign of use or wear, you will not get a refund. That's not what 100% satisfaction guaranteed means. I sent photos with my first email showing there was no wear or signs of use on either of the two items that I ordered (the second one never even came out of the box). I have since been back and forth twice with customer service who are now asking for photos AGAIN. They do not seem to want to honor their "100% Guarantee."

I ordered two of these units. They came squashed together and crushed in shipment. I reached out to the company and couldn’t get a response. My cats do not play with this at all. The date down below is approximate, I actually can’t remember when I got this anymore.

Unfortunately, my cats didn’t take to the cat beds (I got two) and so I packed them up and asked for a return. I was asked to supply photos, which I did, and still had the packing plastic and brochures. I also supplied photos to show there was no damage to either bed, showing all angles of each bed. I shipped the beds back and asked for a status earlier this week. I was told there was damage to the beds (which is weird because my cats refused to go near them) and I would only receive a 50% return. When I asked if they could share the specific damage that resulted in my 50% return, they provided no details and said my 50% refund was being processed. Their ads say 100% satisfaction, but I am definitely not satisfied as I now have no beds, no proof of damage, and only 50% of what I spent. I wish I had just kept the beds and given them as gifts. 😕
