Shipping was great- unfortunately, my 15 #, 2 yr old Maine Coon cat rescue- has no interest! I’ve tried catnip spray, toys inside- and he gives it the “boring me” stare. I had great hopes so I ordered 2!

The process of getting the cattasaurus was simple but unfortunately my cat wanted nothing to do with it! She was scared of it and would not go in it no matter what I tried! Such a bummer because the advertisement made it seem like all cats would be obsessed 👎🏾

Three weeks, three cats, and no interest in the cattasaurus. I've tried all the suggestions. Nothing. Waste of money.

Ordered on September 5th.passed 10 days still no merchandise. Mr. Jimmy, if you can read this respond asap. I will only talk or txt you. Very upset with the services.

My cat does not like it.

My cat would not go near the product. I even tried cat nip and that didn’t work. I would like to return the item. Thank you. Anna

I ordered the Labor Day 2 for 1 Peekaboo cave (donut shaped bed/tunnel) ON Labor Day. I received a notice that my One cave was being mailed. I sent a message with my invoice showing I ordered on Labor Day expecting the 2 for 1 deal and asked if a mistake was made. I received an email back that said only one was processed and that they looked forward to resolving the issue but I have not heard back and can't reach them (phone line only gets a busy signal). Very disappointed and will be returning the item if they do not send a second.
