I took advantage of the buy one get one deal, one green one grey. I took the grey one out first to put together and was super confused because it had zippers on the inside and outside, the top and the bottom of each piece; one zipper even had two sliders on the element. After trying to put it together for about 3 minutes, I set it down and picked the other up. Only one zipper on the grey one and it went together very quickly. After that, I figured out how to put the green one together. It still works fine but it was a confusing moment.

my cat is in love with this product, even though when it was shipped the little furry parts that go on it we’re not in the box when it arrived. I had ordered two so I gave one as a gift and her cats love it too, but all the cats would like it better if the little furry piece, the zips in would be with it can you help me in obtaining that the product is very well-made and I am impressed with the zippers.

The buy one get one made it a better deal, and the delivery was quick.

The donut would be perfect if it was heftier. My cats can push it around too easily (especially on hard wood or tile), and it prevents them from getting in or on it. I might add something into the middle or bottom to add some weight?

Nice material and quality construction! My cats were pretty interested in their tunnels the first hour after they arrived. Now they are very hit or miss if they even acknowledge that they are here 😹🤦‍♀️😅 One likes to perch in the center while he wants for his breakfast in the morning. Maybe with more time they'll seek them out more for play or nap time!?!

My cats are enjoying the 2 Cattasaurus that I purchased. Not sure why the blue one has an extra zipper on the top section of it. I tried to change my order and tried calling and emailing, but got no response. Then I wanted to purchase the furry covers as an extra but not sure my cats will like that and am not seeing that as an added purchase offer.

Everything is as it should be: -good delivery time -item in good shape -easy to put together -cats are so-so about it. Not as enthusiastic as I thought they would be.

Our two cats use it some, but don't really seem crazy about it like the advertisements imply. They have not used it to scratch on at all, and have not gotten into the circle on top at all. Occasionally one will lurk inside to bat at the other on the outside or wander in and around the circle and back out.
