Everything has been positive with ordering and receiving products. Product seems durable and was easy to put together. I have two cats, one of them loves it and runs circles inside. The other is more stand offish, but hoping he warms up to it.

Little kittens love it, but my 2 year old Siamese females don't appreciate it nearly as much. I gave one of the two I ordered to a neighbor that has young kittens in her house.

I was very pleased with the product. I have two cats. One was excited and in it playing the first day. My other (the skittish one) is still playing only with the outside, but he'll get there.

We have a total of 6 cats. Putting it to the test, coexistence hopeful. So far so good. Bought 2 Jumbo ones which were colored 😍received 2 Grey--😡👎👎. Which does not go with my hippie decor. ☹️ That right there was a #2 star for the reviewing! Check back with me for the updating on your product.

My cats are completely uninterested in either of them. Bean is six, so that didn’t really surprise me. But Little Brother is only twelve months and very active. He’s not interested.

The kitty kids all enjoy the cattasaurus product. The only major hassle that I had was that I entered my order and right away noticed that it referred the shipping address to my old address. I had just moved and I tried calling and texting literally nonstop immediately afterwards and no one answered the phone or my numerous texts to try to fix it!! Most businesses in my experience allow one to make changes to the order prior to shipping but NOT this company!!? The a few days later they finally responded to say that, “oh we’re sorry but the item has already shipped”! I checked the tracking number and all it says was label has been created but waiting for carrier to pick up!! Long story, I had have UPS divert the package to a UPS store because for some dumb reason it won’t allow one to actually ship to correct address! It ended up costing me $11.98 to process the shipment! Not a happy camper but like I said the fur kids love them!
