How am I supposed to get these together and look nice and round like the pictures if they have been bent and strapped with big zip ties I don’t see a way of straightening them out or rounding them out I do have pictures.

My cats personally didn't care for this. They never go in it and they prefer a regular scratching post. I think the idea is cute but not every cat will like it.

My cats refuse to use them. I bought 2, ones for each cat so they didn't have to share. They were curious about them, investiged them, and that's it. I tried putting catnip in them, toys in them, treats in them, and they refuse to go in them. They like their cardboard truck and house better. Waste of money for me. They came in looking really flimsy and took a little bit to put them together since the zipper was hard to work.

Recent advertisement included striking cats with a hand and throwing objects at them. When they were publicly called out on it they respond with things like "It's unfortunate to hear some parts of our advertisement didn't resonate well with you" and "Apologies for any disappointment caused!" NEVER buying from them again, which is a shame since our cats really liked the cave.

My cat bed is too small and no one will contact me. No phone number available. Terrible customer service.

Received mine a week or so ago and my cats aren’t interested in it. They have laid in it and toured through it a few times. It’s just sitting in my living room taking up space. Can it be returned
