Update** So I finally received a response from the company as soon as I posted this negative review stating "there was a mishap" and they expedited my package and should receive it in 3-5 days. It didn't. I filed a claim on PayPal and received a response some days after doing so, THEN my package was finally shipped and I FINALLY received it on 5/24/24. Paid on 5/7/24. Do not recommend ordering directly from their website. Disorganized AF and horrible communication. Just use Amazon. ___________________ Ordered 2 cat caves directly from their website (which was my mistake, I should have ordered through Amazon), never received a confirmation or order number, never received a tracking number, I've emailed numerous times and called, no response. I should have paid attention to their summary on the "Contact us" page where they noted it takes time for them to get back to consumers because they are busy with local things and that messages they received sometimes go to spam. So weird and unprofessional. Trying to get my money back. Very disappointed in this company and don't recommend.

I never received the product after paying $95.

I ordered two and they both came in such a small box with zip ties that they are ruined.

Purchased 2 Cattasaurus beds. Immediately upon opening, I contacted them because one of them is missing the zipper pull and teeth on the zipper. I emailed and received an auto email to supply order # and pictures. Provided info right away. Also tried calling. Phone disconnects at 4 rings. Have receuved NO RESPONSE in 5 days. BUYER BEWARE!

I have not received my Taurus cat cave even though you emailed me that it’s been delivered to my house. I have emailed you. I have called you no response. You do not answer your phone. I’ve asked you to reach out to me. You have taken my money out of my bank account, please respond to me as soon as possible

My cats (all 4) completely ignore it. One sat on top the first day, then nothing. I even sprinkled some catnip inside to try to entice them to explore it. No go. The product itself is well made...but the girls don't care. On the bright side - my oldest cat loves the box! She sleeps in it all the time

I haven’t received my Cattasaurus. It said it was delivered but it didn’t! I’m not paying until it arrives!

Hello, I happened to be out when my $107 USD (which is $144 in Canadian dollars) Cattasaurus arrived. I had already paid $30 American for shipping but I have a note on my door saying that I owe now another $40.82 to pay brokerage charges for getting across the border. This is insane, I’m paying almost $200 for your Cattasaurus?
