I was hoping that both cats would like it but unfortunately only one does. But she loves it, sleeps on top of it, and drags toys into it. And loves scratching it. It won't save my chair, but she uses it more and more. I am saving the second one and will try it for the older cat at a later time.

Three of my five cats are older and are not taking to it too well. The two younger ones are slowly getting used to it. A little catnip helped to introduce them more to it. It is a very well-made product and thank you for that. Have a beautiful day.

I like the toy. So far Muffin has not been interested, but I am hopeful he will eventually like it. It takes him a while, perhaps months. I am hopeful.

Good advertising, like the buy one get one deal, I think product might benefit a household having more than one cat, but mine still gets in it occasionally and plays.

Once they (4spayed females) got use to them, they like them. It will take them a little time for they are hurricane rescues with some anxiety. I however, love them for they are tidy with now cardboard mess.

Thank you for asking. I bought three caves but one of them is a bit "crushed" by the little cat design "peekhole" and I was waiting for it to maybe go back into shape after being set up for three days. It hasn't so I don't expect that it will. The other two are fine.

The customer service & follow up has been great! I have 2 cats & one is more curious about it than the other. The younger one has enjoyed playing in it & napping in the center at the top.
