Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered 2 items from Cattasaurus almost a month ago. I received 1 of the items I ordered but not the other. They were initially responsive to my issue but have since stopped responding. If I can't get my 2nd item, I would at least like a refund.

Company would not respond to my return/refund request, even though I tried every avenue. I could not even reach them on the phone. Totally irresponsible and fraudulent. I’ve been cheated and I am very angry.

I ordered two caves back at the beginning of May. Never received them. Opened a claim in PayPal. They agreed to send my order. They sent the wrong thing, and only one!! Still waiting for a return label from the middle of July when they said I’d have it within 24 to 48 hours. So dissatisfied and disappointed!!! These are not cheap!!! Bad service, but friendly and apologetic! UGH 😩

I ordered a Cattasaurus bed in Dark Gray size L through Amazon on 2/29/24. I have been given a status of “Shipped” and a delivery date of May 28-June 10. As of today I have not received the item and the order still says “on its way but running late.” I believe this is Amazon’s fault, they refunded me the amount I paid which was a special sale price, but I’m still disappointed since I would really like to have the item. Very sad.

I ordered two donuts for my three cats. They came promptly. None of my cats would use them, so I have been trying to contact them for a refund. I have sent three emails so far and tried calling( only get a busy signal) and no replies to my emails and it has been two weeks. The product looked good, but my cats were just not interested in it. I give them a one for customer service as there was no 0 available. Please be careful as I do not know if I will get my refund.

Ordered directly from their website on 5/16 and as of today, 5/30, it's still listed as "order received." no shipping info. I already flagged this to their customer service once with a promise from them to expedite. Alas, there it still sits, "order received." Next step is to file a complaint with my credit card company because this feels fraudulent.
