The customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my order but they shipped them anyway. Then I contacted them via email (Contact Us) 4 times to get an RMA to return the unopened product. No response. I let them know that I would start issuing poor reviews by Oct 15 if I did not hear from them, so this is the first of many.

I ordered 2 items July 2024, received the cat cave but have never received the cat basket. No notice from the company of why it was not sent but my credit card was sure charged for it! I have emailed 3 times, called twice - rings several times and then call is dropped. I am so disappointed in this company as I really love their products!!

Avoid this bummer!!!!!! VERY VERY HARD to assemble and terrible instructions and way way way too large for any normal home!!!! What a rip off!!!!!! And the cover was not included- a double rip off!!!! BIG EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTING DRAG!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered a blue/grey large Cat Cave with the cover on the BOGO sale and didn’t receive it. I did receive an email asking me to review it so I emailed that I hadn’t got it. I got another email saying that that color was sold out, choose lt or dk gray. I chose dark gray and received 2 gray Cat Caves instead of what I ordered. I called and emailed and am being ignored.

Great product! Very well made! Sadly, after letting our Tinkerbell explore it, she had NO INTEREST after a week of trying to get her to love it. After reading all the reviews and watching the videos of other cats going crazy for your product she just kept walking away. We had high hopes she would use it to scratch on instead of ruining the furniture and find it a cozy place to sleep. With all that said we need to return the 2 (bogo)we ordered.

I bought the Cattasaurus Peekaboo Cave (BOGO Free) x1 in July. The second one had no zipper! I cannot put it together! My cats are not taking to the other one! I have tried to email several times and gotten no response! I have tried to call but the phone number rings and then constant busy signal. They say free returns but I cannot reach any customer service!
