CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

My cats did not like it at first, but grew to love it. However, six months after I purchased it, the material started bending in When my cat would sit on it. The material is not sturdy enough to withhold an average size cat overtime. Would not recommend it for the price. I contacted the company, they said there was a warranty, but that I would have to send it back in the exact same box, it came in. After six months, I did not have the same box so here I am stuck with a cattasaurus that collapses when my cat sits on it. Would not recommend it or recommend purchasing it for this price.

Don't be fooled by the shining social media revolving around Cattasaurus, they are deceiving in their fine print. My cat didn't like it, they extended the 90 day return period for 60 days and offered tips to get the cat interested. That all sounds pretty great, right?! None of it worked, the cat never even touched the thing, and I asked to return. This is how they get you. Instead of a money back, they tried to offer 30% back. I declined and said I would like to have a full refund. Get this, you need ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to return it, and essentially your cat can't have used it. The extended warranty, return period, and 100% satisfaction is all a ruse. BTW, my product is untouched, just like when it came out of the box, but I'm not holding onto every bit of packaging for 90+ days, who actually does that? At this stage, they've stopped answering my emails, and then asked me to review after this experience! Pretty wild, and quite possibly the most tone deaf company I have ever dealt with. Hopefully your cat will like it, I wished mine did, I wish this was a 5 star review.

Paid for this product, never received it. No answers to my complaint and the phone number is a joke😠

I would love to buy one of these for my daughter’s cats, but I’m NOT going to pay as much in shipping as the product is priced. Alaska is not a third world country and it doesn’t cost 99.00 to ship something as light as that from the lower 48. Pure rip-off!

They do not respond to 3 emails I've sent requesting a mailing label for a return and refund. The website's contact phone rings and then hangs up on you. There is no Chat option. Don’t do business with this company!

My cats won’t play with it or go in it, very false advertising on this item/

Buyer beware! Their 100% satisfaction guaranteed refund is a lie. I returned the two cat caves that were in perfect condition after sending in the photos they request. One was never taken out of the box! My cats had ZERO interest - one of them ran through it twice and that was it. After multiple emails and them having the items since October 8, they finally replied and claimed they were damaged and offered a 30% refund.

I ordered two, but the items are too large for my cats. I received my items on October 2, 2024. That same day, I followed the directions to process a refund (sent an email with photos and a reason for the return - the items are in the original packaging and shipping box). The company states they have a 90-day refund policy. I heard back from the support team on October 8, 2024, saying they needed photos and a reason for the return. So, I sent the images again and restated the reason. It is now October 18, 2024. I tried calling the support number on the company's webpage - no answer, and the voicebox was not set up. I emailed again to request a refund. The product is OK (just not the correct size for my cats), but the customer support is severely lacking. Beware before ordering.
