Ordered prints, had many delays then they finally shipped but didn't properly fill out the import forms so the items were sent back. I then had to have them shipped ahead of me in travels since they were for an event. By the time I was able to check the items and notice damaged, scuffed and dirty pieces and one design printed blurry, they refused to do anything about it since it had passed their policy deadline (due to their own delays). They offered me credit, effectively just stating I need to spend more money with their unreliable service in order to recoup their mistakes. The products are ok. I really regret this order as there are a lot of pieces I can't use and they really didn't wow my customers in comparison to other items I've ordered elsewhere. I'm sitting on a lot of useless inventory. In the end I spent well over $2000 and we're talking a $100 refund that they refused to process. I won't be shopping here again, even though I supposedly hold credit.

I was recommended Catprint by a fellow artist for producing prints of my artwork for conventions, art shows, etc. Catprint's prices vary depending on what you are printing on and, in some cases, there are much cheaper alternatives. Where Catprint shines, though, is with their 11x17 and 12x18 inch posters, which have excellent pricing. There are many different paper options to suit most needs (maybe too many, it is hard to pick). As long as you don't need prints immediately, they are an excellent option. 1 start knocked off because of the aforementioned pricing differences in different sizes of paper (even minor variations, such as an 11x14 inch print, can bump the price to 5x that of an 11x17"), as well as a slightly clunky and non-intuitive user interface for setting your image on the product, choosing options, etc.
