This is the only monthly subscription I subscribe to and I will never have any regrets over it. Customer service is top tier. I rarely have any issues but when I have, all I have done was email them and the response time has almost always been under 24hrs. The monthly boxes are fun and have the best necessary things for both kitties and kitty parents. This box is the best part of the month and I look forward to it monthly!
