Everyone I've interacted with at CatLadyBox (mostly Sue, who is an absolute doll), has been super friendly, eager to answer my questions, and on the rare occasion when I have an issue, they are very quick to go above and beyond to resolve it as quickly as possible. I wish they had a remote job opening - I would LOVE to work with them!

Each and every box is unique. The shirts are soft, the cat toys are always so cute and you never know what cool items you might get. I am always receiving compliments on my shirts. I have ordered extra items from past bixes during the add-on sales for gifts. I really appreciate how CatLadyBox asks for suggestions for future boxes and actually listens to their customers.
