Hi JoseMaria Davis, Thank you so much for your purchase and for sharing your feedback with us! We truly appreciate your support. 💛 Just to clarify — the additional bags added through our upsell program aren’t eligible for the *Buy One Get One* promotion, which is why your order included only one free wallet for the original bag. I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear at checkout. Please check your email — we’ve sent you a special thank-you code as a token of our appreciation. We hope you and your sisters enjoy your new bags! Best regards,

Hi Kruse, Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful review — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the product didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of sharpness and delivery speed. Just to clarify: we currently offer both Ready to Ship and Made-to-Order collections. Items in the Made-to-Order range are handcrafted after the order is placed, which can extend the timeline a bit. That said, we’ve recently improved our fulfillment process and now offer faster options for select items. We’re truly grateful for your support and understanding, and we hope the bag does age beautifully with use, just as you intended. Best regards 💛

Hi NOE, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — we’re truly delighted to hear that our cards and message brought happiness to you and your wife, even amid the delivery delay. We’re really sorry for the wait you had to go through, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a Mother’s Day gift arrives later than expected. The good news is that we’ve been working hard to improve our delivery process, and now delivery is much faster and more reliable, matching what’s stated on our website. Still, we appreciate your kindness in understanding that international delivery can sometimes take a little longer, and ordering in advance is a great way to make sure your gift arrives just in time for a special moment. Thank you again for your continued support — it truly means the world to us! Best regards,
