The core mission and platform concept are great. But by allowing organizations to post projects then ignore applicants with no consequences, current practice treats the volunteer's professional time and expertise as disposable and, thus, not really that valuable. Applications routinely get "ghosted" and can sit completely ignored for days, weeks, months with no platform enforcement, despite a stated platform policy requiring organizations to respond within two business days. If you are volunteering on this platform, manage your expectations regarding response rates. Don't invest too much time into customizing lengthy applications right away, and treat it as a passive workstream rather than a reliable place to offer your services for a pro-bono project.

An inept organisation. All you can get from this site is wasted time. You fill out a profile, spend your precious time on it, so that in the end they write to you that they can't do something with the tab fill in the data and they will consider it (the same data that you filled in earlier). A cycle of useless actions. Score 1 just because you can't score 0. Disappointment!!!!!
