Catalyst Exhibits cared more about cutting corners than delivering quality
They were cheap with their materials and ruthless with their pricing while delievering subpar service. It felt like they only cared about squeezing every penny out of us rather than providing a reasonable solution to our needs. Their approach to customer service was unreasonable, dismissing concerns instead of addressing them. I walked away feeling ripped off and undervalued.
