Bad experience
The item I ordered did not fit well and seemed poorly made, so I returned it for a refund. I received a notice that I would be receiving a refund of $48.40, and I paid $79.50 for the item, including tax and shipping. I expected to have to pay the shipping cost again, but even with that, there was about $14 unaccounted for. I called customer service and she told me that was the shipping cost and I explained that the shipping amount was already accounted for and there was a $14 discrepancy. She finally admitted that there was an ADDITIONAL $13.95 charged for shipping on returns. So essentially I paid $30 in shipping costs for no item, I will not do business with this outfit ever again.
